Hoarding our possessions, our time, and our abilities, instead of making us richer, creates the sense of further need. We act as though there is not enough in the universe to fulfill us, to make us happy, to keep us in good stead with our fellow beings. We cling to the notion that we are at every turn going to face outward limitations, and so to ward off this feeling, we never let go of the things that in reality are not giving us security, but instead are keeping us from actualizing our lives. The more we cling to what we have amassed in the physical plane, the less we are alive in the larger plane of spirit. Making sure everyone has what they need provides riches that last beyond this illusion of time and space. When we share our gifts with others, our generosity inspires others to act with kindness and compassion. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. When we practice mindfulness of the heart, we become aware of the fullness of the love energy. This energy radiates from the heart and permeates everything it touches. When we allow this fullness to flow forth, we have the ability to change the world in small and large ways. By sharing this energy, we can facilitate healing and comfort the lonely and the bereaved. When two or more combine this energy to create a living, vibrant force, the earth can be healed and peace can be seeded in areas that need it most, like a crop that when watered and given enough sun, can thrive and flourish. When we allow the abundance of love energy to flow freely, all things are possible! Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. The more we disperse the ideas and objects that are no longer useful in our lives, the more pronounced our grief can become. In such moments, we can abandon our spring cleaning, deciding it is in our best interests to cling to the comfort of the past. It is then that we need to become still and mindful and quiet the mind that tells us these things are important and, instead, turn to the sound of the inner voice that resonates from our spirit and be reminded of why we are here and how the space we are creating can better be filled with new ideas and things that can serve to help our progress in this life. When we create space in our lives, joy and bliss can flow in, filling us with renewed hope and direction. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. This cacophony can surround us like a fortress keeping us in and keeping us from perceiving the riches that are presenting themselves at the gates that are unable to open because they are blocked by too many disparate objects and ideas that have lost their importance and usefulness in our lives. We lock ourselves into familiar spaces and routines because these present the façade of comfort and stability. In truth, we are keeping ourselves from exploring new and exciting ideas and experiences, partly from laziness, partly from inertia, and quite a lot from fear. When we release fear, clear away the outdated excess of our lives, and step outside of our comfort zone, we can discover a fuller and more fulfilling life informed and sustained through the energy of the Creative Spirit. Living in a state of no fear gives us freedom to experience our reality, our now and here, as one of shining love. In this there is an abundance of happiness and fulfillment we cannot access when we cloud our lives with fear and worry. When we live in joy, fireflies and stars sparkle in any darkness we may encounter. The darkness is then not a place of fear, but a place of beauty, where we can see with the eyes of our heart the true essence of everything around us. When we see and hear through our hearts, rather than through our monkey minds, we are able to ascertain that light and dark exist in peaceful balance and one is not to be feared and the other revered, but both are to be experienced for the beauty they bring to our lives. When we live without fear, we become the joy that is found within the energy of love. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. (Art by Joy Argento; https://www.redbubble.com/shop/artbyjoy) I am an expression of the Creative Spirit that created the All. When I remember this, I act and react as one in the One. When I forget, I suffer the illusion of separateness, of aloneness, of loss, of unmitigated sorrow. When I forget who and what I am, I lose my sense of purpose, why I am here, where I am from, where I am going. When I forget, I lose my sense of center, of being surrounded by unceasing love, of knowing I am a spiritual being having a physical experience. When I remember the truth of my existence, I act and react in compassion, empathy, and kindness. When I remember, I am safe within the interdependent web sustained by the energy of love. When I remember, I know I am one in the One. And so are you! Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. (Art by Joy Argento; https://www.redbubble.com/shop/artbyjoy) Stay attached to each other always. Maintain connection to the One through an open heart and an aware spirit. Do not believe you are here alone. We exist together in a matrix of time and space that manifests in a constant state of here and now. Within the Creative Spirit, the interdependent web sustains us and informs us of our unity. In this, we are obliged to act in kindness and compassion. Know we are here for each other and for the All. When you hear of one suffering loss, send love. When one is in sorrow, send comfort. When one is ill, send healing. When beauty abounds, send gratitude. When abundance flows and affirms the greatest good of the One, give thanks. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. (Art by Joy Argento; https://www.redbubble.com/shop/artbyjoy) When we acknowledge our connection to each other and that we are in fact part of the One, our actions and reactions toward each other take on a different level of significance. Since we are One, we are informed by the Creative Spirit to treat each other with loving and kind hearts. We are thus impelled to act with compassion and empathy, staying aware of the needs of our fellow companions on this planet and on every plane within the interdependent web. For example, when an incarnate spirit loses a loved one, we are asked to witness their grief and offer comfort. At the same time, we need to reach out to the recently transitioned spirit who now finds itself in a new form, and offer encouragement and love as it acclimates to its new surroundings. No matter on what plane we exist, we share our connection to and in the One. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. (Art by Joy Argento; https://www.redbubble.com/shop/artbyjoy) Because we find ourselves in the physical realm relating to it via the five physical senses available to us, we can mistakenly believe that what we thus perceive is all there is. We see the tree, taste its fruit, hear the rustle of its leaves, smell the aroma of its blossoms, and feel the roughness of its bark. Unless we connect deeply to it, we do not perceive the essence that is the tree, its spirit and intrinsic being that informs and expresses its being. So it is when we perceive each other through only our five physical senses. We miss that which rests at the core of our being. We miss the creative spark that connects to the Creative Spirit, which in turn connects us one to the other. When we perceive our true selves, we experience our Oneness within the interdependent web. These entities are friends and loved ones who have passed out of their physical bodies and reentered the plane on which we exist for the greatest portion of our existence. Our visits to the physical realm are but brief moments in time. It is similar to the idea that we spend a certain amount of time each day attending school and then we go home, where we are surrounded by family and have time to rest, relax, and play. We do not mourn leaving school each day or at the end of our years of formal education, and we are eager to get on with our “real” lives. The world of spirit is our true home. When we go home, those who surrounded us when we were incarnate, whether they were also incarnate or in fact discarnate, continue to interact with us. What plane of existence we are on at any moment does not affect the relationships that sustain us through the energy of love.
