“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, French Jesuit priest, scientist, paleontologist, theologian, philosopher, and teacher (1881–1955)
“We are learning that scientists are needing to reconsider what they and we know about the universe and its beginnings. Everything may not be what it seems, from the idea of a Big Bang to our real origins . . . We may be at a point where we need a radical departure from the standard model, one that may even require us to change how we think of the elemental components of the universe, possibly even the nature of space and time.” — from “The Story of Our Universe May Be Starting to Unravel,” by Adam Frank and Marcelo Gleiser; guest essay in the New York Times, September 2, 2023
Since I was young, I could hear the music of the Universe as I listened in the darkness. I knew that we were all connected via an interdependent web. I knew there was more to where I found myself than what I could see and hear with my physical eyes and ears.
We live in a universe (one of many) in which nothing is actually what it appears to be. We have a mutual agreement about what our reality is, from the existence of the physical objects around us to the stars we see at night to our own physical bodies. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience that we create day after day. We are here to learn lessons to take back to our real home, which we may only perceive in nanoseconds of shifted consciousness.
Now science is opening to an awareness of our “what ifs.” So how do we live in the spacetime of here and now when what we know as reality may not be reality after all? We focus on our existence as spiritual beings and focus on our true nature. Close your eyes and sense the space around you and the spirit within you. Focus on that internal light and feel the innumerable sparks of light around you. Feel the energy of love holding you in an interdependent web that one day science will confirm.
I am available to speak to your organization/group to share my perceptions of our world with you. Fostering our inate connections to each other, I bring a message of peace and love. To schedule a presentation, please write to me at email@example.com. Namaste!
