Practice oneness. As you sit quietly or walk amid the crowd, open your heart and mind and feel yourself as a part of the All. Know without thinking that you are of the same substance as everything around you. Look up into the night sky and see the wealth of stars and planets and galaxies spreading out across the universe and know you are on a planet that is taking part in the cosmic dance. Know that you are one with the most distant star and with the closest grain of sand. Know that your spirit is of the same substance as all the spirits around you, on both sides of the veil and on all planes of being.
