In addition to the individual spirit and the community of spirit, there is an energy that permeates the universe in all of its dimensions, on all of its planes. This energy connects you, body and spirit, to everything and everyone in all times and in all spaces. From the smallest nanoparticle to the universe itself, everything contains this energy and is held within this energy. It is the energy in your cells, in your spirit, in the moon, and in the tides. It is the energy of the original spark spreading out from the one source, binding everything to it as part of itself. That which is the essence and the substance of the stars is this energy and includes us . . . we are like small stars in the physical plane on the planet earth.
