When we find and retain our being in a centered manner, we can proceed in life with calmness and as an expression of the Creative Spirit, living in bliss and grace. Being frazzled by events around us serves nothing and detracts from our purpose, even if we do not remember or know what that is. When we sit and breathe with awareness, if even for a minute, we can bring our selves back to that quiet place from which all of our creative and loving energy flows within and outside of our physical shell.
