Talking with spirit is no big deal. Listening, however, requires attention and focus. When we ask a spirit for help or guidance, or send love to them, we simply do so in whatever manner is most natural for us—speaking aloud or silently or through ritual or through writing. But, when we ask for that help or guidance, we need to listen carefully and watch for signs that contain the answers to our inquiries. It is not true that spirits do not communicate with us; they do so all the time. We, on the other hand, because of what we have been taught, shut out their messages, as though we have put a block on them on social media.
