Spirit communication is not only possible, it happens all the time. When you speak to another incarnate person, you are communicating with a spirit, whether you realize and acknowledge this or not. In eastern countries, people when meeting and leaving bring their hands together in prayer pose, bow to the other person, and say “Namaste.” This is the recognition that it is not simply a physical being the person is speaking with, but with their spirit as well. They are aware that we are not only body and mind, but spirit as well. When we acknowledge our own spiritual reality, it is easier to communicate with those on the other side of the veil.
