Often, we are faced with the need for change, either instigated from within or from forces outside of ourselves. While change can be daunting and sometimes frightening, all change impels us to a deeper appreciation for who we are and the paths we are on. Without change, we could become stagnant automatons, performing the same tasks and adhering to the same beliefs day after day for each day of our lives. In truth, we are here to experience a diversity of actions, sensations, and outcomes. In change there is a natural balance of being that is always sustained and informed by the energy of love.
