We can touch in with the universal flow when we sit quietly and allow our thoughts to become quiet and our breath to support our body, which contains our spirit. When we become thus centered, we find ourselves floating effortlessly as a being whose expression is in part physical and in part spiritual and, as such, we can attain the realization that we are not simply a being with a busy, monkey mind, but, indeed a part of that which is sometimes called deity—that which is larger than us and at the same time that of which we are an integral part. Finding this awareness within the spiritual core of our being allows us to compose and comport ourselves through each day as knowing participants in the interdependent web. From this knowing, we can act and react in compassion, empathy, kindness, and peace. When we realize we are all spirits having a physical experience, we can interact with each other through the energy of love. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list.
