What does it mean to be a spiritual being having a physical experience? We are essential spirits. We were created when the Creative Spirit brought into being all that is. We visit many planes of experience as we journey through eternity. In each incarnation, our spirit takes on physical, emotional, and mental characteristics that further our progression and enhance our learning. We are connected within the interdependent web, which sustains and informs us as our spirit exists in many forms. This web allows us to exist both as individual spirits in whatever form we are experiencing and as part of the One, able to communicate and share our compassion, empathy, and kindness.
