Centering ourselves within the Source means quieting our monkey minds and allowing ourselves to receive the sustaining and informing energy that allows us to pursue our own creative flow in a loving and dynamic manner. When we move our perception from our mind to our heart and allow ourselves to enter into harmony with the Creative Spirit, all things are possible, not only in our individual lives but also within the larger community of which we are an integral part. Allowing ourselves to become quiet and to let the energy of the universe fill us allows us in turn to use this energy in the modalities of compassion, empathy, and kindness.
