In the stillness of the morning, when the earth where you are balances between night’s darkness and day’s light, step outside, stand soft yet strong, and raise your arms and your face to the dawning sun in welcome and gratitude. As the first rays of the day begin to wash over your face, feel yourself being bathed in the light of the Creative Spirit and know that this light is awakening upon every creature, animate and inanimate, incarnate and discarnate, bonding the All into One. Take a deep full breath and be aware of yourself in the light as it connects you to everything else within the interdependent web that expands throughout the universe.
