Live in each moment! Celebrate that moment as if it is the only moment! Be in the totality of that moment and fill it with the joy that fills you as you realize your place in the universe. Look up at the stars and down at the blades of grass and know that you are a part of these and they are a part of you. And if the stars and the blades of grass are of the same substance as you, shift your awareness and know that each person you encounter is also of that same substance, that everything and everyone is part of the same cosmic family, living in the illusion of separateness, even as the illusion of space and time supports our physical reality. How is this possible? Because we are all—the stars, the grass, and our selves—existing together, bound in the interdependent web through the energy of love.
