It is said that we are never given more than we can handle. This is because we are sustained within the interdependent web that provides both the pathways we travel and the net to catch us should we falter. When we become overwhelmed by the whirling storms that threaten our equilibrium, we have the means to return to a state of calm no matter what is occurring in our environment. Sit quietly, eyes closed, and concentrate on inhaling and exhaling. Imagine and know the still center that rests within your spiritual core. From this space of peace, release your tension and distress into the interdependent web, knowing this negative energy will be dissipated and dispersed, rendering it powerless over your life.
