November 1: Essential Spirits

As we begin a month of examining and expressing our gratitude, we may first be thankful for the loving presence of spirits, both incarnate and discarnate in our lives. As we celebrate this day commonly referred to as All Souls Day, we can rest assured that we are essential spirits, as real and eternal as the Creative Spirit that brought us into consciousness and who nurtures and protects us as we traverse our paths on both sides of the veil. When we are feeling most alone, we can lean into this welcoming spirit and be reminded that we are always and forever bonded to the All that is ever connected to us.
