November 2: The Eyes of the Heart

Walk outside on a clear night and look up at the stars shining in the dark sky. As your eyes adjust to the darkness, more and more stars will appear until the heavens are full and bright with points of light. As you continue to stand there, drinking in this brilliance with your physical eyes, open the eyes of your heart. Feel the energy of the stars connecting with your own energy. Open yourself to the miracle of the moment—you and the stars are connected by the energy flowing between you and them. Know you are one with the stars and give thanks.
