October 22: Staying in the Light

As we approach that time when the veil between the physical and spirit planes is thinnest, when the earth falls silent and into the sleep portending rebirth, we are visited by both spirits of loved ones and the energies of that which does not incarnate. While we open ourselves to the loving presence of family and friends who have moved to the other side of the veil, we need to remain centered within the light so that negatively charged beings cannot bother us.
