The cycles of our lives are informed by the larger cycles of the seasons, the constant revolution of our planet around the sun and the tilting one way or another on its axis. Early on, when we began our physical manifestation here as a solid form containing our incarnate spirit, we lacked the means to overcome the natural cycles of the earth. We slept when it was dark and awoke with the light and lived by the natural rhythms of the day. Today, as we prepare to enter a new season, try to perceive the subtle changes around you and connect to your primordial essence.
