While the light around us begins to fade, the light within can be nurtured and expanded to fill the darkness. We look at the events of the day and believe Earth is in more peril than ever, but the earth has forever existed in a precarious balance of positive and negative energies; it is the nature of the plane in which we live. The Creative Spirit would not wish us to harm ourselves or others, but by allowing the means to do so, we are encouraged to learn the ways of compassion, kindness, empathy, and peace. Earth and its inhabitants exist as one entity composed of many parts. When we honor and protect the planet beneath us, we will learn to honor and protect each other.
