When spirit speaks to us, we need to remember that they do not have the same tools with which to communicate that we do. They normally are unable to use social media or text or use a telephone. In addition, they are communicating through a form of telepathy and, if they are able, telekinesis, the ability to move objects in the physical world. Unless we are attuned to these forms of communication, we often miss or ignore the messages. Although the messages we receive may seem confused and lacking in clarity, spirit uses whatever they can to try to get a message through. When we suddenly become aware of a particular odor associated with a loved one, a particular perfume or cologne, we can rest assured that a person in spirit is trying to get our attention. When we receive impressions of words and thoughts that simply do not seem as though we are creating them, it is most likely someone in spirit communicating with us. Are keys moved out of place, an item gone missing, a rose blooming on a special day? Then, spirit is trying to communicate with us and we should respectfully stop and listen. When diverse and geographically separate people are all writing about the same ideas, it is time to commit to being aware of the message and see how it already applies and can now apply in our lives. This week, multiple tweets, emails, postings, etc., appeared simultaneously on the idea of Oneness. This is not coincidence; this is controlled in the sense that the Creative Spirit wants us not only to be aware of the message and know the truth of the message, but also to act on it in small and large ways. We are One! We are being asked to release hate, distrust, and hostility and instead to embrace each other in our Oneness. We then practice love, peace, compassion, and empathy, in accordance with the laws of the universal interdependent web. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. There is a limitless supply limited only by our perception of limits and our fear of lack, which creates the reality of lack in our lives. When we work toward our goals with a loving and open heart, the Creative Spirit supplies us with what we need to progress in a comfortable and fulfilled manner. When we believe that there is not enough, that is the reality we create. When we believe there is enough for everyone, we are blessed with abundance. In addition, when we actively ask that we share that abundance, we are rewarded in small and large ways. When we welcome and are grateful for the abundance in our lives, we receive blessings through the affirmative energy of love. While we are able to connect with other spirits, especially in meditation, dream, and in group situations that raise the energy of the participants, allowing them to experience Oneness on this plane, we often find ourselves feeling as though we are alone and separate. This is an illusion. The cells of our bodies allow our spirits to emanate from within, often visible as auras surrounding us. In fact, we are always in connection with other spirits, both on this and on other planes. We can experience solitude by practicing mindfulness and concentrating on our own breath, but even in this we are supported by the loving embrace of being one within the interdependent web. Allowing our lives to progress at a natural and unhurried pace gives us time to savor each moment and each other along the way. When we hurry through life, we miss the connections that feed our spirit and keep us mindfully connected to the interdependent web. In the hurried state, we forget our true essence and start to live as though the paradigm that others create is our only reality choice. In truth, basking in the moment and celebrating each moment with child-like wonder and joy allows us to free our spirits to grow and learn within the physical time-space we inhabit now. When we are joyful and free of worry, we gather to us the people and events that help us to grow. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. They do not rush the process and progress of their lives. They wait, arms spread toward the sky, in sunlight and in moonlight, in rain and in snow, growing in summer and waiting in the cold days of winter. They wait, knowing that everything is unfolding in its time as created and ordained by the Creative Spirit. We can learn much from trees. In standing solidly and serenely in our physical space, we can allow our mental, spiritual, and emotional selves to unfurl in good time and in a measured manner, allowing us the potential for optimal growth in this incarnation. We can learn that practicing patience allows us to savor each moment of our lives with peaceful awareness, secure that we are standing solidly within the interdependent web. (Art by Joy Argento; https://www.redbubble.com/shop/artbyjoy) Practicing patience fortifies us to face any moment in a state of peaceful anticipation. Not having the wider, fuller awareness of the details of our existence and the steps we need to take to reach our goals requires us to mindfully step from stone to stone in order to cross the rushing, swirling waters of life. If we move too quickly and hurry our progress past the time reserved for safe progress, we find ourselves losing our footing and slipping off the rocks and into the chaotic whirlpools that can only serve to confuse us and make us forget where we are headed. When we step with a firm foot and measured movements, we can safely traverse the challenging currents that exist to further instill our lessons. (Art by Joy Argento; https://www.redbubble.com/shop/artbyjoy) The green tinge that floats upon the otherwise barren branches of trees is beginning to take on solidity as leaf and flower buds swell with the promise of fruition. Now we can begin to see that the trees have not been dead over the frigid winter, but merely resting in preparation for renewed growth and creation. So it is in the between time on the other side of the veil. Our spirits rest and visit with loved ones and then return to learn new lessons and to participate in the perpetual and verdant dance with the Creative Spirit. As we now set our intention toward the fulfillment of our goals, we can lean on the fuller knowledge of our guides in spirit, who remember our plans and gently (and sometimes not so gently) nudge us in the direction of our dreams. Today, give thanks for the community that supports us through the enlightened energy of love. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. It is said that if you leap, the net will appear. When we take a chance and follow our passion, we are sustained by the knowledge that it would be worse to never try and, then never know whether in pursuing our dreams, we could have met with success. In trying something new or creating something outside the norm or allowing ourselves to listen to our inner voice, even if we end up appearing different from “normal,” we live in a state of courage. In that state, we are supported by spirits, teachers, guides, and, sometimes even masters. With all these beings supporting our efforts, we are sure to meet with success, even if the end result is not precisely what we thought it would be. When we leap, sometimes the net does not appear. Then, we must learn to trust and in that trust, learn to fly. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list. (Art by Joy Argento; https://www.redbubble.com/shop/artbyjoy) May Day! A day full of the promise of lush and verdant days ahead. This is the time to plant the seeds of future endeavors, to decide, metaphorically, radishes or blueberries. What dreams are we going to pursue in this time of all choices and all possibilities? It is time to examine our personal garden and decide what we want to plant and nourish and what it is time to pull and discard. Are we finding the ground hard and rocky and not suitable to sustaining our goals? Then, we need to become more mindful and open to create a more fertile environment for our growth in this lifetime. This is the time to take time to study our internal landscape and weed out ideas that have outlived their usefulness. It is time to consider new ideas and aspirations and plant these firmly in our minds and nurture them over the days to come, the days of promise and growth. Now is the time to find and nourish our spiritual gardens with the energy and light of love. Namaste! https://www.tobiehewitt.com/contact.html to join my mailing list.
